My Place Property Agents are still continuing to sell properties, and quickly. After putting a property on the market at 6pm on Friday 19th September, we notified all of our registered buyers soon after. By 7pm, we had a viewing request from Spain, a viewing request via social media, and a viewing organised with a registered buyer.
After securing a viewing on Saturday at 10.30am, the property was sold for in excess of the asking pricel
At the same time, the client saved £1,510 in fees by using our services as opposed to another estate agent that valued the property.
The moral of the story, why pay more to sell your property!!!
