Our first landlord and Investor event took place last night at the Holiday Inn, at the Snowdome, Tamworth, and overall it was a massive success! This particular evening had speakers covering a wide range of subjects like: legal requirements and tenant eviction, financial advice, landlords insurance and providers, tax advice, property management, maximising your investment, and finding the right property. The room was full, and the schedule was jam-packed with important information and advice, with the audience being engaged with each and every section presented to them. The event was organised mainly as an informative evening to assist new people wishing to invest in property but also to help those who are investors/landlords already.
Anton Plackowski, our Director here at Next Place, began the evening with members of our lettings team, Sara Plimmer and Laura Smith also taking to the stand explaining how Next Place Property Agents could assist with anything from tenant only finds to fully managed lets, anything inbetween and legal requirements. At the end Sara opened up the floor for a quick question and answer session but all the staff attending, aswell as the speakers, were millng around after for those who had further unanswered questions.
The whole evening was videoed and is currently in the proocess of being edited to make a promotional video for the next event which we are already planning! So keep your eyes peeled as the video will be available to view very soon!
